great location but room cleanliness needs improvement

The beach access was fantastic! It was just steps away from the hotel. Additionally, the staff offered us exceptional service throughout our stay.

However, I found the room's cleanliness to be below expectations.

Elevator was a bit scary and outdated.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the access to the beach made relaxing so easy. I loved hanging out on the sunny terrace by the water. it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the wifi could be a bit spotty in the rooms, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 🌊

The location was perfect for our wedding celebration, steps from the beach and close to great nightlife. Sandy beach really exceeded my expectations with its clean room and friendly staff. We enjoyed fresh breakfast options every morning, which set a great tone for our day.

The room was small and dirty, not as advertised. We only received one set of towels and had to ask for new ones daily. Housekeeping never came to clean or change sheets, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

Wonderful Location Steps from the Beach

I really enjoyed my stay, as the hotel was just steps away from the beautiful beach and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ivan at the front desk, who provided excellent recommendations for my day. My room was clean and comfortable, perfect for the price. However, the hotel could improve by ensuring better cleanliness in common areas.

Couldn't recommend more for a short break

Sandy Beach has a great location, just steps from the beach. I loved being able to walk there so easily. The staff were friendly and offered helpful tips for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. However, the hotel needs serious renovations. My room smelled musty, and the air conditioner was ineffective. The bathroom fixtures were outdated. the sink faucet wobbled and the hot water took too long to come on. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, but the common areas were not well maintained. The tiny kitchenette was a plus, though it lacked some essential items. Limited parking options made it a hassle to find a spot nearby, too. If you're on a budget, this place might work for you, but don’t expect anything fancy.

The toilet backed up like it was auditioning for a plumbing horror film! Plus, who knew bedtime could be so loud? Next to a party? Yikes!

The room was kind of a disaster. The floors were filthy and the shower was gross with a moldy curtain and hair in the drain. The sheets didn't look clean either, so we just couldn't stay there. Definitely not what we expected.
